חֲתָנוּת

חֲתָנוּתf. (preced. wds.) marital relation, intermarriage, wedlock (connubium). Ab. Zar.31b, a. e. משום ח׳ as a guard against intermarriage (between Jews and gentiles). Ib. 36b, v. אִישוּת.
